Program Timeline Checklist

Now – April

Email finalized 2025-2026 school supply list (price quote for Keiki Kits to follow with no obligation)

April 25, 2025

Last day to submit Program Agreement (confirmation of participation in Keiki Kits program)

March – May

Order Instruction Form emailed to school (Keiki Kit promotion & distribution of Order Forms)

Ordering period until the last day of school (Late fee assessed after May 30th; late orders accepted until June 6th or while supplies last)

July

Finalized Keiki Kit Distribution List sent to schools (to prepare for receiving and distributing Keiki Kits)

Keiki Kits delivered to school for distribution (specific date/time scheduled before school begins)

Within 1 week after the first school day

Report any returns, damages, or missing items (entire, unused Keiki Kits may be returned for a full refund; damaged or missing items will be replaced)

August

Fundraised $$$ sent to schools

To save time and effort, simply send home the Order Instruction Form with students or promote it through your school’s website or newsletter. Making the Grade Hawaii, LLC will handle the rest through online ordering and tracking.
